Record of training implementation: attendance list identifying gender, theme exposed, material exposed, photographic record and certification given.

90. The farm establishes communication channels with their direct counterparts in the plant to manage promptly the claims and non-conformities from the agro-industrial process.

Means of verification:

Records of the quality controls from the plant that justify the non-conformity with the product.

ACTION:

91. The farm manages its internal audits based on the risks associated to assess the level of compliance of its quality management policy.

Means of verification:

Proof of internal audits that verifies that they comply with the requirements of the relevant certifications in due time.
