Some of these documents are considered valid:
- Record of the washing of the personnel working apparel showing that it is carried out weekly.
- Personnel hygiene check list where the cleanliness of the clothing given is evaluated daily.
- Agreement or contract with the company in charge of washing the uniforms.
- Document with the washing procedure given to the people working in the plant.
91. The plant ensures it has adequate protocols to clean surfaces in direct contact with the elaborated product through the following measures:
- The utensils used to clean the surfaces that are in direct contact with the product are used only used for this purpose and they are differentiated by color with similar ones used in other spaces.
- The chemical cleaning products are adequate for the production area; phenolic and scented cleaning products are not used.
- Drinking water is used to clean equipment in direct contact with the product.
