Record of training implementation: attendance list identifying gender, theme exposed, material exposed, photographic record and certification given. It is verified that at least one of the persons in the area has received the training.
54. The plant has a current energy diagnosis.
Means of verification:
Energy diagnosis report with information to identify the use with the following information:
- Monthly records of energy use.
- Equipment identification and its energy consumption (identify the critical areas in relation to consumption).
- Identification of high-power consumption periods by month (seasonal o continued).
- Equipment maintenance record.
- Consumption indicator definition based on production.
- Identification of training opportunities in energy aspects.
- Improvement opportunities identification and implementation costs and time; additional needs (building, training, remodeling, among others).
If it is carried out by an external company, it must give a report that certifies the actions carried out to make a diagnosis.

Means of verification:
Document with a management system of energy that considers the following information:
- Determination of the scope of the energy management system.
- Energy base line through an energy efficiency indicator stating the year of the base line (kWh/prune kilo).
- An energy intensity goal.
