20. The plant trains the permanent workers in relation to the biodiversity management plan, generating a list of actions to be carried out to promote biodiversity.

Means of verification:

Record of training implementation: attendance list identifying gender, theme exposed, material exposed, photographic record and certification given. It is verified that at least one of the persons in the area has received the training.

21. The plant keeps a constant dialog with the companies related to the same market in the area in order to implement together preservation and mitigation measures that allow them to have an associative management plan.

Means of verification:

Records of workshops with companies in the area.
