38. The farm trains the permanent workers in relation to the biodiversity management plan, generating a list of actions to be taken to promote biodiversity.

Means of verification:

Record of training implementation: attendance list identifying gender, theme exposed, material exposed, photographic record and certification given.

39. The farm keeps a constant dialog with the companies related to the same market in the area in order to implement together preservation and mitigation measures that allow them to have an associative management plan.
